Children’s Liturgy of the Word (CLOW)
Please complete the Parent Consent Form below.
Who is this For?
Ideally, CLOW is for children who have started reception class at Primary school up to and including children who have made their First Holy Communion.
Although it is encouraged that as children start year 6 they remain in Church for the whole of the celebration of Mass.
When and Where?
Usually every Sunday at the 11am mass, in the Church hall.
The children will be called as Mass begins to process behind the cross into the church hall.
What Happens?
After the priest has welcomed the congregation, the children will be invited to follow the cross to their own liturgy, which will help the children participate in the Mass in a way that is engaging and appropriate for their age.
You will need to complete the Parental Consent Form if you would like your child to attend Children’s Liturgy of the Word. (paper copies available on attendance).
